Dock Permits

Navagating the required dock permits is a tedious process.  If we're doing your dock installation, we will help you along the way and fill out all the required permit applications.  This may require permitting through Duke Energy, county permits as well as an environmental fee and engineer stamped drawings.  The penalty for not doing this property can be severe, up to the required removal of your dock.  That is why this process is so vital and we are there to answer questions all along the way.

Unfortunately, we do not offer help with permits if you are not getting your new dock build with us but you can contact Duke Energy Lake Services and they will give you all the information you need to file for your own permit.
